Remember this in early 2014 ?

Gaga was invited by the Academy Awards to grace the red carpet and then she was met with some critisism as to "Why is she there, she is not an actress, Gaga we don't care about you, stop seeking attention"

I was looking for an old thread on ATRL and i saw this "Gaga most unwelcome " and I was like WAIT I had forgotten about this

And all the backlash she was getting from ARTPOP etc. (over nothing, she was hated as if she killed someone) ....

Are you happy that Gaga is not getting undeserved hate anymore ? Like any article I see about Gaga nowadays is completely positive, whereas in 2013 September - Early 2014, the bad press about her was literally out of control...

Btw this has nothing to do with success etc. It's simply about perception...

God, I can't tell you how happy I am that she showed those flip-flopping mother****ers that she means business. I just hope she doesn't put too much weight on the press' opinions, since they are so fickle and I feel like she'll struggle ala ARTPOP era behaviours if they turn on her again.

It's just something she has to work on. She'll get there though. She's incredibly strong, she just needs to bite her tongue sometimes.

Yes, but now it's mostly by those sheep people from the GP that still be like "She a man" the same people who "Don't like POp music" etc. and of course her obsessed haters.

Compared to what she was getting in 2013 ..... Billboard and MTV were literally the only ones that weren't dragging Gaga

i stopped liking her when she had people vomit on her. I will never forget that about her. I don't care how amazing she sings or what acclaim she gets. that image will always be burned in my mind. one of the most disgusting things ive ever seen in my life.

But the 2014 Oscars were on March 2 and Gaga's SXSW set wasn't until March 13
