I'm 95% sure he said "I Like You". He just forgot to use the accent in Tú. Maybe he's learning and just a little unfamiliar, but yes tu and tú are two different things in Spanish: your and you.

Aside from forgetting, it's also a little harder to get the special character for the u. It's like when people type Beyonce instead of Beyoncé; no one really has the time unless you know coding by heart.
