No, just certain places; that's likely not even a public school given how extreme that dress code is. Private schools -- especially religious schools can be very different.

That's really ridiculous. I remember spaghetti strap tank tops and very short shorts/skirts and clothing with drugs/smoking/alcohol related imagery etc being banned, but that's about as far as it went.
