Two different guys have been prosecuted for leaking RH and MDNA respectively.
When American Life was in the works, insider knowledge was spreading that people were trying to hack her website to get the tracks but all they got was her saying on repeat: "what the **** do you think you're doing?" non-stop. Eventually, someone did manage to leak the tracks.
