Yeah obviously. Most people on here spend all day arguing about chart positions and sales, but when an artist goes to actually promote whatever material they have out, they're called desperate.
They are entertained by mess and often encourage their favorite artists to "end" orthers, but if an artist ever actually puts their grievances and feelings into musical form (which you know, is traditionally the job of a musician), the artist gets called "pressed" or "obsessed."
They want their favorite artist to be the best dressed, as polished as possible, but when artists do that, they get called "fake" and "manufactured."
It's like a black hole of logic and makes no sense to me
