The only reason why she liked this was probably because she saw Katy first, and we all know how their relation is.
Katy is the only one from the major artists Taylor has a problem with.
And Katy =/= every other artist.

There are a lot of dancers who used neon costumes in their performances. How did Taylor copy neon costumes from Katy when Katy wasn't the first one to use it in her performances?

Taylor gives out light wristbands to her audience. In this particular performance she turns off the lights of the stage so that only the lights of her costume and the lights of the wristbands can be seen. How is that a copy when theres no "audience-gets-light-bracelet" part in Katy's performances?

EDIT: Taylor and Katy use the lights in a different way.
Katy uses them when she's jumping the rope and Taylor uses them to connect with the audience and to make them feel like they're a part of the show.
