she ain't a diva. she is always nice to fans and respectful towards ppl who work with her.
It is a different thing being focused and determined on what you want to release and how you want to release it and how it should be presented.
Labels always want money, it is their job. They hardly care about the artistic input, regardless which artist.
It always confuses me when people want, like 18 songs or so. Chances are small that all of these 18 tracks will be great.
I rather have 11 or 12 stellar tracks and wait for two years than having 4, 5 or more tracks added on various versions of the album just for the label to make more money.
