My friend say her live a couple weeks ago. Said she was really tired and was crying on stage so I don't blame her for taking a break.

I don't think I am buying this excuse. Whatever her reasons, I wish her luck on the next album.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed how weird she gets deep into touring... she made some comments about being stuck in a prison of inflatable guitars and pop music a few months back on twitter

This kind of makes sense now. Her whole idea behind Sucker was to playfully and sarcastically poke fun at the over-the-top poppiness in the mainstream industry using its own over-the-top bubbly poppiness. But now she's stuck performing those types of shows because that's what this era's theme is. Probably also explains why she's so eager to get back to work on the next album.

Her music is terrible so nothing lost.
