That's like saying in the u.s, only white people are given welware, free education while every other race has to work harder than everyone else.
You haven't even been there. Every citizen in Brunei gets the Brunei privilege.
On the other hand, the Bumi and Malays need the privilege because they are dumber/less business savvy to compete with the other races
It's the same in my country as well, free college, and everyone gets paid 200 kwd (600usd) every month after high school graduation to help him with college expenses.
