I love Carly, but this is all her and her team's fault. In WHAT world did she think it was a good idea to release the album early in Japan before in the US? And then release it even LATER in the UK. Complete sabotage.
Carly deserves so much more. But releasing the album an eternity earlier in Japan was the stupidest thing ever. Most people just downloaded the album because they didn't want to wait forever.
Carly's album is the best pop album released in a very long time.
Yikes, I feel bad for her. Even Cher Lloyd's last album did 17,000 in sales first week without anything close to a hit. I think the messy release is obviously to blame, but Carly really needs to work on growing a strong, dedicated fanbase in the US if possible.
