This is about my step dad. Wednesday, he was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for conspiracy to deliver marijuana. He was never actually caught with any marijuana, even after multiple police searches. He was only pinned by some witness testimony.

There is something wrong about the US's court system if he gets 30 years for this, while other of plenty worse charges get less.

There is a petition to sign if you are willing. I don't know how much it'll help, but it's the only thing I can think to do at the moment.
