Lady Gaga for albums, singles, touring, awards and overall slayage. But if not success, her imagery and music were everywhere. Katy's were not.

Gaga completely eclipsed the other artist in every single department.
She won more VMAs and Grammys in 2010 than the other artist has in her entire career.
2010 was all about Gaga and any other answer is painfully delusional.
