Actually, no. I don't think it's on Demi's album.

I just heard his interview on KIIS and he mentioned writing many songs with Demi and how he's hoping they'll do a project together in the future.

But by the way Ryan tweeted it I don't think it's gonna be part of a project together in the future.. I think this will be in some of their new albums... makes no sense to tweet about it if it's part of a project together in 2017 or whatever...
