My friend recently got back from Saudi and he was very scared about giving himself away with any mannerisms or whatnot. Luckily, if westerners head over there for work, clients will put them up in a secure corporate base or whatever where women can go jogging, drive, etc. These are ring-fenced and secure, and Sharia law does not rule.
