There is no bias. Streaming doesn't work in the way you're insinuating it does, otherwise all eras prior to 2013 would have more views than PRISM and 1989 as they've had more time to be streamed. This is a thread to track views, it is not saying "PRISM was streamed more than 1989", more "PRISM is currently streamed more than 1989, (when) will 1989 surpass PRISM?"

It doesn't make sense to take Spotify off since it was Taylor's choice not to make 1989 available on it. Moreover, when Blank Space reached 1 billion, Billboard proved that its views increased exponentially after being removed from the service. So Taylor make up from the loss of Spotify with more YouTube views. It's a fair comparison

I agree. But both Spotify and non-Spotify numbers have been included in the OP for a more "fair" comparison.

Found a source claiming Shake It Off was streamed approximately 59,900,000 times before its removal. I'll include this statistic.

I've updated to OP to include Shake It Off's Spotify contribution before being removed from the service. Katy is now at 3.8M total streams, Taylor at 2.9M.

Blank Space video was released on November 10th and is the reason for that huge growth to 35M.

Shake It Off was the only 1989 song that ever was on Spotify and it's possible that it's removal from Spotify helped the Youtube views. When you look at the daily views of SIO on Youtbe there is a short spike in that week, but it disappeared pretty fast again.

Her youtube catalog views certainly went up, but they have no relevance for this thread here.
