There's a huge difference between pop/r&b stars and stadium acts.

Stadium acts: Rolling Stones, Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Taylor Swift, One Direction
and in some countries: Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Madonna, Lady Gaga

None of the acts performing will bring in big crowds. They're mostly just radio filler acts.

I'd go for Halsey, Nicki and The Weeknd.

No Katy, Gaga, Bey, Rih, or Taylor. Of course it'll flop.

Literally all this festival needs is 1 of these artists, like Taylor or Katy, and tickets would be selling so fast.
