User on Reddit recalls her experience at the hospital:

I had my daughter at the same hospital - 77th st Lenox Hill in Manhattan. I can confirm that the nurses there are lazy, awful and treat delivering women like a ****** burden. I don't know of a single woman in the city that wants to deliver at that hospital.
When we were doing the pre-delivery orientation tour, they showed us the special Beyonce room that can be yours for $3000 per night. Then they try to sell you the adjacent rooms for $700 per night. The nurses strongly recommend the paid rooms, and there are only two nurses for 30 women on the free floor.
I don't know. That just sounds really stupid. I know that hospitals have different rooms: not private, semi-private and private. Is there more information? Like is the room that expensive because of Beyonce or did Beyonce just get the most expensive room because she could?
