That looks like an underwire to me. That's why it's just the one photo, she was wearing that outfit most of the night. The other photos of her don't show it because it was probably pushed back in once she realized it was slipping out/it stabbed her, and despite her often risky attire you haven't seen a scar in that exact spot yet. Don't doubt she's had work done though...
