I haven't really heard of her music but I hope this album goes at least gold.

They still got plenty of time, get a video out by mid-august, get some performances and promo spots in 2 weeks before album release, and make appearances the week of the album release. Then release another video in mid-September.

I want this to succeed. Did the original release sell well in Japan and South Korea?
What else can you expect from the Land of Freedom and Opportunity? Seriously, she should focus on Europe or somewhere else, like Latin America, instead. Asian imports are very welcomed here in Mexico.

The problem is her record company SM has no idea how to promote an artist in the U.S.
This is thier first time and I don't think they get how important radio is in the U.S.
They have yet to send any of her songs for adds. Her songs are radio friendly enough so I def. think they'd get played if they would just send them for adds.

& the album was sold as double disc in Japan, one disc was the U.S. album and the other was a greatest hits album and its currenty sold a little over 130,000 copies (100,000 = gold in Japan) but compared to her other releases its pretty bad especially since greatest hits albums are usually big sellers in Japan but BoA's been on the decline in Japan for awhile now. As for Korea, it went #1 there but I can't find the sales.
