I genuinely think she is, even though her numbers might be fake. That being said, I wouldn't say "internet only" but mainly ATRL based.

Well, I guess it was fine enough for more than 6.5 million people all around the world to buy her albums. Not counting the Paradise EP.

There's no Internet only artist that has sold 15 million records globally.

As for her numbers, Billboard would never post fake numbers. Maybe they made a mistake or included the streams without clarifying it.

I have her albums on Vinyl and CD so no? Are the 6.5 million people that bought her albums robots?

How? My friends talk about her all the time. She's more relevant to them than almost all of the other pop girls minus maybe Tay & Bey.

She's obviously a bigger presence than people give her credit for.

She can be the biggest then. The internet did birth her, so it's logical that she chooses to thrive solely within it.

She has one of the best selling albums of the decade, despite having no international smash until a year and a half after the album was released (and by that point, BTD had already sold a lot), so clearly not. Even Ultraviolence managed like 1 million WW even though it had no appeal or promo whatsoever.
