Why were the VMAS hosted in poverty venues?
In 2007 it was hosted at a bar,
in 2008 it was hosted at a shack
Now granted they seem to have gotten better venues as of late but.....
does anyone know the reason why MTV went cheap those years?
Is the venue this year a legit place?

Because they had to pay Britney to attend both events so they were left with almost no money.
