So ten year olds have the right to murder? At what age is the cut off?

* I obviously don't agree that abortion is murder in the first place, a fetus is not a human life, so I support a woman's right to choose without any justification. But I do agree that people are very inconsistent on this issue, and I'm not sure restricting it to cases of rape would be the smartest thing - Might just lead to cases of men falsely being accused of rape? Are there states where abortion is illegal except in cases of rape? I wonder if they have higher numbers of registered sex offenders.

I just find it disheartening that some people's "consistency" on the issue leads them to support forcing 9 year olds to carry to term children born of violent gang rape, potentially.

In my opinion, yes, but at the same time, I'm not going to try to make any decision on behalf of someone who just became pregnant because of a horribly traumatic event like that.

If I were a teenage girl who was pregnant as the result of a rape, I would probably carry it to term and have adoptive parents ready as soon as it's born. But that's just me.

Its been almost 50 years since Roe v Wade. Let it go...
