I just don't get it, even when trying to understand

This is like one of the worst performances I have seen in my entire life. She can't stop screaming, and 4.17 is making me laugh so hard every single time

Sometimes the gp mistakes screaming with belting.

Unfortunately a lot of people confuse screaming and hollering with "powerful vocals" and "soulfulness"

You don't have to understand why something is praised. Music is subjective.

It was ranked at #3 on the official best grammy moments of all time countdown on CBS, so the majority agrees that the performnace was incredible and worthy of praise

But why? Why can't you just admit it was a damn mess? The fact she is screaming is not subjective, we all can hear it.

She got a standing ovation and an inclusion in pretty much the only official Grammy related countdown ever made (at #3, for that matter). Some people clearly enjoyed it. You and some others didn't. So what?
