I hate what she's done to herself. Her addiction to exercise and dieting is nearly as destructive as Amy's drug addiction and it's wreaked the same type of havoc on her body. She's got a problem that she's too rich and self-conscious to fix.
I am pretty sure it's photoshopped, arms just don't look that way - someone photoshopped it to look as if she actually has suckets in her arms, a thing that isn't possible. She has some muscles, and due to that fact, it doesn't matter how skinny she is, her arms can't have such big suckets to them.
I mean, look at her left arm - the lower part is much [MUCH MUCH] wider than the upper part, the muscle itself.
