The girl is Sofia Reyes, a solo act.
The guy in blue is Kendall Schmidt, formerly from Big Time Rush and now from Heffron Drive along with Dustin Belt (not pictured). He was in Mexico for the weekend to visit his rumored girlsfriend (Sofia) and to attent the KCA MX & self-promo.
