Don't forget to drink a lot of water, guys. Ever since I started drinking 8+ glasses of water a day I've been feeling like 20% better; physically and mentally. I also pee like 8 times a day but it gives you an excuse to leave class I guess.
I was gonna say something very inappropriate but then I remembered I was on ATRL and not on another site where I can't get warned . But yes lots of water is good.
