I don't think it would be a good idea to drive after having smoked a blunt and many people aren't smart enough to realize it. I guess it should only be legal in coffee shops and nowhere else.

The thing with drugs in general is they shouldn't be as stigmatised as they currently are. Cannabis, in general, is a much better 'drug' relatively than other things that we already have legalize. If we make it legal, and provide services for better, cleaner, medicinal use (at the least), it would be more beneficial to society that arresting and fining people who will take potentially more harmful, dangerous cannabis

I live in Australia but I have visited the US many times. I still don't understand how coffee shops are a good idea for cannabis public consumption over being sold in stores where people can smoke in the safety of their own home.

I think every country should look at Amsterdam and see how they've got everything right.
