Probably my least favorite of her new songs, but it is ok.

It sounds like a leftover from Alexandra Burke's "Heartbreak on Hold"

It's a feel good song people, no one said it was the best thing ever.
It has some great vibes, summery feel

This is just getting better with every listen.

I can see it being a HAC hit tbh. That's her home format in the US. She could definitely get Kelly C. sized hits in the US if HAC supports her well.

Thunder's not gonna do well on Top 40 though. If they're dead set on a US push then they'll definitely need a different single for CHR.

I wish they had released FUMF on HAC / AC and then tried to make it cross over to CHR / RHY, it could work

But yeah, Thunder can be a big enough hit on HAC / AC, which will sell her album well enough.

I wouldn't mind ALS being the pop single in October

Honestly I liked FUMF when it first came out, but the song does nothing for me now.

I think I Got You has the best chance of being a smash. Have only heard the snippet from Instagram but I still have the hook/melody in my head.

Not really. She goes a G#5 in "Thunder" (never thought I'd hear her do one again), plus a G5 in "I Am" and she does a Bb5-C6 in "Essence Of Me" along with a sustained C5. Plus in the snippets "Power" has a strong F#5 and the B5-C#6-Eb6-C#6-B5 runs. She has an F#5 belt in "Thunder" too near the end, plus some Eb5s. "Another Love Song" has the lowest notes of any song so far too, strong F3s, showcasing Leona's lower register. Her vocals on this album will blow us away tbh, just wait. You've yet to hear "You Knew Me When" which is apparantley Leona's best song ever (as per a review from a longtime fan). Oh also "I Got You" has a bunch of E5 belts and some head voice notes.

Her album sounds so boring honestly she shouldve released I Got You or Another Love Song as the lead then maybe Fire or a ballad also EOM is

But its ok because we usually dont have this type of songs released by Leona She needs more radio friendly uptempos even if they sound weak - at least her vocals are good and they can make a song sound much better
