Like, why does everyone despise it in her base? The individual tracks are mostly wonderful, especially things like Les Sex, Feels So Good, Sexy Love... the only real trash on it is I Was Gonna Cancel (a tragedy in every way).

Is it because it's just, as Cupid has put it, "generic Kylie pop?" Because it doesn't have an overarching theme or cohesive concept like most of her other records starting with KM94?

The fact that she barely promoted it (unusual for a Kylie album - I mean Body Language with just 3 singles had over 30 performances on European TV!) didn't help. The tour was also her cheapest since Fever probably. Everything felt low-budget (IWGC video anyone?) The whole era was a disaster.
