No lies. Miley and Ariana are both kinda terrible human beings in my eyes. Miley's web of hypocrisy is just too much not to mention all the cultural appropriation she's committed over the years to 'fit in'
Um this isn't comparing them to Cosby or anyone else listed. Title is kinda clickbait; it's just showing the net negative Q score increase they've had since the last polling for the Q scores were done. Miley only had a 4 point increase (she was likely already trending negative as of 2013 so small change as most probably voted similar to the last poll) and Ariana had a horrible first impression with a lot of the American public hence her huge jump.
The increase amount isn't relative at all to anyone else's increase; everybody's numbers and related assessments and opinions of each individual stand on their own. You can have a negative opinion of something more benign like someone being annoying for attention whoring or gross for licking food someone else would likely consume and you can have a negative opinion for things more serious like rape and child abuse. Regardless of the degrees or severity it's all negative opinions of their behavior and this is all that it measures -- negative or positive views with no varying degrees based upon actions or behaviors being judged. Completely faulty logic to reduce people viewing the behaviors of various people negatively for different reasons as automatically categorizing their individual behaviors as being the same or even comparable.

It's easier to take the road that ends with them being able to feel that their faves' are suffering some sort of grave injustice because there are people that dislike them regardless of how much logic they have to toss out the window on the way there.
