No but most of my digipaks are, I carefully opened those and kept the cover so they wouldn't get ruined as easy/so the CDs wouldn't slide out.

It's deluxe but for some reason I don't have the Target exclusive songs On a Clear Day You Can See Forever or Bewitched Bothered and Bewildered for some reason even though I got it at Target 
I'm also not allowed to trade or sell my stuff across the internet so there's that too

Idk why the sticker isn't aligned with the colors perfectly, it came that way, and Melanie has previewed it before it came out looking like that too, even though the website makes it look like the sticker is aligned correctly.
