Dumbest argument ever. For example, The Smurfs films are kids movies but they have horrible acting and humor. Can we not judge the films because they are kids movies?
Using the "it's a kids movie" excuse to a movie that sounds utterly pointless is stupid. They are just doing it for the money since Toy Story merchandise makes a LOT of money, just like Cars.
