SWV have returned. The New York R&B trio released a lush ballad, “Ain’t No Man,” Friday that picks up their ’90s R&B aesthetic right where they left off. Since reuniting in 2005, the R&B trio has only released 2012’s I Missed Us, but they also announced that “Ain’t No Man” will be part of a fresh studio effort due out October 30.
For the uninitiated, SWV—short for Sisters With Voices—broke through in 1992 with a multi-platinum debut It’s About Time. The album featured multiple R&B chart-toppers hits, including the classic “Right Here,” which you might recognize from the Free Willy soundtrack. The group split in 1998 and reformed in 2005. http://www.ew.com/article/2015/08/07...-man-new-album
