Have friends in Dubai and been there, a guy actually flirted with me outside the mall in broad daylight, I've also heard about some "parties", in general the people I met on the streets were respectful and minding their own business, I even had a girl in full burqa randomly strike a conversation with me and being friendly in the street, I haven't experienced Russia though (nor plan to)

I was outside the big mall (don't remember the name) next to the burj khalifa in front of the water fountains and taking pics and she was sitting in a bench in front of them and started asking me where I was from and how had my experience been so far, in perfect english, it was strange because I had never spoken to someone which I wasn't able to see their mouth

OT: the only bad thing about this is that Russia stans hard for Madonna, some of her most committed fans are there and in Latin America

well that's a rumour and we don't know whole points of this contract, she might release some kind of collection of balads/remixes or something and this counts as her 4th tour actually (so last in the contract)...

MMM sticky & sweet is tour 1 , MDNA is 2 this is the 3rd, I really doubt Confessions was the first in the contract

When I entered Dubai, this guy in the immigration desk (wearing religious clothing) was hitting on me. That was one of my many "gay" encounters while in Dubai. It's really surprising.
