Its just people complaining about the same thing over and over. People put so much energy into things that arent going to change. Neither the director or the people who are going to see the movie care about the "true story". Its Hollywood, asking them to be real is like asking a mannequin to talk. People go over board with these social issues. Just grab a beer, put on some Luke Bryan and chill
it's sad that this movie which could have been so good / meaningful for this current time period was done the injustice of... being viewed through such a distinctly white lens.. i would say 'that's hollywood for ya' but it still sucks dude
