Rihanna by far. Her vocal tone alone destroys anything Katy Perry ever tried to do with her struggling vocals. You can literally hear the pain when she sings and she goes off key way more often than Rih
Rihanna, I honestly don't think Katy could sing even FFS without the OD struggle, but she has a really nice husky studio voice. I like it because it reminds me of Bonnie Tyler a little bit
