Night: A little bit of moisturizer/Retin A Micro/ Azelaic Acid

A facewash with aluminum oxide and sage + a cleansing night cream

green clay + neem + facial oil + ice

washing my face, not smiling, avoiding sun if it's not completely necessary.

I need to introduce a Vit C serum into my routine. Which one do you use? Is it ascorbic acid or some other form of Vit C?

I usually exfoliate like twice a week and on between days I use a normal cleanser. Usually my routine goes like:

Cleanse/Exfoliate > Vitamin C serum > Moisturiser > Primer

you literally NEED sunlight though and its good for your skin in normal amounts, avoiding it will cause just as many problems as over exposure.
