Both rising stars? Yes, I'll give you that.
But their hits can't even compare. Jealous got certified 3x Platinum. Top 10 for ten weeks, #1 on Pop radio and Chains 1.4M sold, Top 15 peak, #6 on Pop radio versus 2 On (which was a smaller hit than Chains) and AHOD that didn't chart in the Hot 100. They can't compare. Plus Nick's album sold 3x more than Tinashe's.
Yes, they're not huge yet but their success level this era is totally different.
Like I said earlier, can we STOP now? I love both and it's so annoying to see people comparing them all the time.
