5 guys lasted 5 months where I live and they closed. No one here is for fast food, I did manage to try it, I got my order and I was like umm I didn't order this many fries, no human should eat this many fries.
The only place that seems to be doing well is Tim Hortons and they are the only restaurant to be allowed a drive-thru in the town. We don't have a McDonalds, BK, Wendys, TB, etc. because they were not allowed a drive-thru and their signage was not permitted to be outside and free standing beyond a certain height, it's considered tacky. No golden arches where I live.
Both times I went to NYC I had it, its very good. Not sure how well it will do outside of the city though. Chipotle needs to expand more, the closest one to where I live is 3 hours away
