The only important ones are Grammys, Brits, BET Awards, VMA's & AMA's. Billboard Awards are important too, but Lbr, no one cares about them.

The Grammys, Oscars, Emmys, Tonys are most relevant.
Billboard, AMAs, CMAs, ACMs, VMAs, BET, Golden Globes are second tier.
*insert all of those film festivals and film circuits as third tier*
The KCAs, TCAs, PCAs, ACAs, CMTs, iHearts are most irrelevant, along with the ASCAPs and the BMIs (these are given to basically every song that charts, aren't they?).
