She went by "Xtina" during her Stripped days (it's even tattooed on the back of her neck) which was over 10 years ago.
And honestly I wouldn't be surprised if younger people didn't realize it - casual observers probably don't even realize that photos of Dirrty Xtina is the same Xtina that sings songs like Say Something or anything from Back to Basics.. they really look like different human beings.
