Exactly! Its still building like one of those classic slow burners! I have NO DOUBT this song will breakthrough in the states.
Its #102 on Itunes if thats anything He also has another song somewhere in the Top 1500 so that keeps him in the Top 100 :P But I wish he promoed at Jimmy Kimmel or something...

It will solidify his status as an artist, and it seems to be his biggest WW hit so far. Hes not promoting in the same country over and over again but rather hes going around so I dont see anything wrong.
