Put it after Gimmie Love and realize how glorious it sounds there.

When I Needed You was so underwhelming at first but wow it has grown on me so much, it feels so badass singing the lyrics.

I can imagine the perfect music video for it
It's like a mashup of a lot of famous folk tales all into one crazy fairytale world
Carly plays Dorothy as she reps. from The Wizard Of Oz and in the pre chorus, where she sings,
"Are you growing ten feet ten feet tall?" The video can incorporate a bean stalk growing and Jack and the other characters from Jack and the Bean Stalk for example.

And then she is looking for her one true love in this crazy world as she explores through different famous stories and etc.

It's just a general idea, but it can be beautifully executed with more references in the dreamy music video
