Now I weigh a healthy 149, thanks to getting my life together and realizing that being a sedentary lard was just going to hurt me in the long run. I actually love exercise now, it's one of my favorite pasttimes.
I go to the gym as much as I can (I used to go every day when I wasn't very busy, but that's since changed so I go about 3-4 times a week now). I live close to the downtown in my area (don't wanna say where I live but just think Celebrity Central, SoCal, lol) so I walk a lot too.
I'm so out of shape. I walk like a duck and stomp when I run so I get tired easily I just don't have the grace to exercise as well as others I think I'll try swimming.
At my hometown, I do absolutely nothing. At my university, I'll use the gym daily until the semester gets busy and exams start piling up. I was looking at my body yesterday though...I'd be into twincest.
