So what about the thousands of transgender people all around the world who face violence, discrimination and brutality not only from the police but from members of their own community? Countless innocent youth are being driven to suicide and drug abuse due to unbearable and intolerant living conditions.
Do their lives not matter? Should we ignore their cries for help because other minorities have it worse?

The problem is that 99% of the people who are trying to change #BlackLivesMatter into #AllLivesMatter aren't transgender people or any of the other mistreated minorities you mentioned in your earlier point. It's white people who are trying to make #AllLivesMatter happen.
Plus, even if white people WEREN'T the ones trying to make it happen, what could #AllLivesMatter actually accomplish for minorities like transgender people? If someone saw that hashtag, do you think they would immediately think of transgender people? No, they wouldn't - the specific use of
black lives in the hashtag is important because it forces you to pay specific attention to a mistreated group. Should a #TransgenderLivesMatter movement be happening too? Of course it should. But changing #BlackLivesMater to #AllLivesMatter is NOT the solution to that because not only would it take attention away from the black issue, but it wouldn't bring any more attention to the transgender issue.
