How long do WPs last?

It depends on what the perceived intention is.

Some people might not intend for their thread to get out of control or turn into a stan war.

But, obviously, if someone makes a why does Taylor Swift have no talent thread with a Katy avatar

And then 5 minutes later someone with Taylor avatar makes a response thread about Katy

Then it's obvious.

Depends on the reason why you were warned. You can check this page to see the definitions and lengths of WPs.

Another thing you can do, if you have points, is go to your own profile and then click the last tab (labeled "Warnings") and you will see their expiration dates.
