You do realize Paige has an Orb Shield in the comics right? That was some faulty writing.

How do you mean? I remember the Orb Shield was stated as an advancement of Paige's Telekinetic Orbing hybrid. It had nothing to do with Prue and hers fight, aside from Prue saying that when she returned all their powers advanced because she wasn't holding them back anymore. So Paige got the shield, Piper got the melting/fire thing and Phoebe got the empathy killing thing.

Whatever the case, I think it's more than safe to say Prue would have won the fight. She is more powerful than Paige and, if I recall the comic correctly, she wasn't even trying to fight Paige while Paige thought that she was a demon. So, just imagine if Prue was actually trying to harm her...

Lol! No, because Shannen wouldn't let them use her image (that's what they say; she says they never asked) they went with the idea of Prue being born/reincarnated inside of another witch's body. Thus, she didn't look like herself; she had short blonde hair.

Paige was never the most powerful one. At the series end everyone agreed that Piper was the most powerful sister, it was mentioned multiple times on the show and even stated that Wyatt was so powerful because he was the first born of the most powerful charmed sister and a whitelighter.

If you want to bring up Shax and get technical about it Paige only survived Shax because Piper and Phoebe were there and they managed to cast the spell to kill him and they had to use the power of three. That said in All Hell Breaks Loose when Prue dies, before the timeline reset Prue and Piper were able to vanquish Shax together by the hospital without using the Power of Three because with Prue's magic they were strong enough (that's when they got filmed and caught out as witches).

In Charmed Again, Leo mentions this and Piper says that they were only ever able to do that because Prue was there and she was more powerful than all of them.

That's just how it works with magical siblings in the Charmed Universe. The eldest is stronger than the youngest. IT's the same with with Wyatt and Chris and even Billie and Christie.

I like how the wizard never saw Coles face, so was never able to expose him in the practise run of the Source ceremony

But Billie was more powerful than Christy....the triad THOUGHT because Christy was the oldest she would've been the "key" to the ultimate power.
