Britney to be released from Conservatorship after Tour?
Britney Spears' daddy is ready to release his daughter into the wild again -- we've learned the conservatorship may be coming to an end.
Sources tell us Jamie Spears will ask the court to review the terms of the conservatorship after her concert tour ends in November. Jamie can't ask the judge to end it -- just to review it. The judge then decides if Britney should regain control of her life.
We're told Jamie thinks Britney is ready to roll on her own. He has made her life his full time job since February, 2008.
Fact is ... if it weren't for the tour, given Britney's progress, the judge might already have made the decision to undo the conservatorship. The various vendors were promised under their contracts that the conservatorship would stay in tact throughout the tour.
A little editorial comment ... it may be the most remarkable turnaround we've ever seen. A year and a half ago, people were worried for Britney's life.
She would've been released from the Conservatorship since last fall if it wasn't for the boys (Sean and Jayden) and the tour. Insurance companies wouldn't touch Britney if she wasn't on C-ship for liability reasons. And also being under the C-ship was meant to earn more time with her boys while also proving to the courts she in the right capacity to care for her boys. She'll eventually go petition for more time with Sean and Jayden. The fact of the matter is, if we had no C-ship we wouldn't have the Circus Tour or her be in the position to have a strong case to present to courts for more custodial rights.

Hope so for her sake! Let's hope she truly honestly turns her life around without the protection of Jamie & crew 24/7. Still suspicious of this new guy though!

She's also supposed to get 50/50 custody back when the tour ends as well.
He's not new. Jason's been around for years. Her Dad knows/loves him so he's not bad. They were rumored to be dating during the How I Met Your Mother-era.
And oh, Jason is far from being suspicious, sneaky or anything like that. He helped her to get happiness back when she made the HIMYM appearances, took her to vacations... I'd say he's probably just as responsible for Britney's life getting back on track as Britney's dad and Larry.
