So for those of you who do not know, I was born with a mild form of Dyslexia, and a learning disability (making it hard sometimes to read things). For the past 4 years I have worked as a sales accoisate at a sneaker shop. During this time I have been berated and made to look stupid.
When they asked me why I could not remember where things were I told them that its hard to understand things if I read it once, I have to keep looking at it to full have it absorb in my brain,
they cut my hours soon after that. (this was in 2013) After that happened I talked to the district manager and asked her " is it true u get paid based on performance " and she said yes. then I said and you only get the most hours if there is nothing preventing u from doing the job " she said yes"
Then when I talked to my co manager about it she said that the district manager was scared that it was discrimination and gave me more hours. The week after that my manager said she didnt care that I i had a disbilty, and magicly 3 days later we all had to sign a form saying if we did indeed have a disabilty we have to sign our name (hmm weird conicidence right?)

Flash foward to 2014 and the human resources lady told people I smelled ( even tho I didnt)and said that I better not smell again or Ill get written up. One day I came in with one strand of hair out of place and they said it better not be out of place even one strand or you will get written up.
(need I mind you I dont wear perfume on the job)

So flash foward to 2015 and we have a new manager after the old one left, its her 3rd week here and she did nothing but sit in the back and go on the computer and text. I did what I normally do on a dead day, Clean wipe the windows, make sure everything is order, everything to a T. And then I made small talk asking her where do you want the new hangers and she goes " UMMM PUT THEM IN THE BOX THATS WHERE I WANT THEM " for no reason. And she goes UMMM U SHOULD KNOW THAT....... ( Even tho I only work weekends ) So then I go up to her again and ask her about the registers and asked her how long do u think it will take until I get used to the new system , I have trouble reading the commands I have to look at it a few times this week so I can get the hang of it and she goes " UMM U BETTER GET THE HANG OF IT what is wrong with u" So later on like 20 min before we punched out I ask in a joking way " it is going to be so dead tmmrw what are we going to do to survive lol"

and she goes " UMM DO WHAT WE NORMALLY DO ON A FRIDAY...... omg seriously"
and said it in a loud way angrily directed at me" ( need I mind u I have done nothing to this woman at all)


So I do not know what to do ATRL, I am never late to work in the 4 years I have been here,
I always do everything to the best of my ability despite my brain functions. I feel so sad
and I just feel worthless =( I do not know what to do.

It's always difficult to get out of a situation like that though, so I have no (good) advice to offer

And this is a new woman, I havent said anything bad to her or anything,
she just yells at me for no reason , and all I was doing was cleaning the windows,
restocking the shoes, cleaning the floor, while she stood in the back on her phone.

Like what did I do wrong? she was just giving me an atittude and trying to make me feel
like im stupid like talking to a dog
