Nowadays Disney Channel show episodes like these anymore. I mean That's So Raven have done topics on:

Shoplifting
Smoking
Racism
Dangers of Junk Food and Fast Food

but why don't Disney do this anymore?

Because the shows focus on feeding the idea that the only way to be successful is to be famous.

They did recently on Charlie when the girl had two Mom's but they rarely do it nowadays tbh probably trying to avoid lawsuits

Because all they care about now is getting rich and famous even tho you're untalented, you cant hold a note and you look like an ugly blonde dwarf

Disney Channel these days is watered down and unsatisfactory in every way possible.

All their shows have the same white blonde girl as the lead except for Zendaya's show.

Because of TV standards and excessive censoring. TSR was on TV when they weren't as overly excessive and ridiculous as they are now. Think of some of the things that happened in Pokemon's original season. Those aspects are going to give children the wrong impression and they're going to turn out to be serial killers or something... when we turned out just fine...

Disney Channel is stupid nowadays.
What made TSR (in)arguably Disney's greatest series was its commentary on contemporary issues.
